Vacuum Oil Filling Process for Better Sealing Stability
In our manufacturing process, we apply a vacuum oil filling process to help ensure sealing stability. After confirming that the product body has no sand holes, oil filling and cycle testing are carried out to reduce the risk of oil leakage and improve long-term product reliability.
After oil filling and initial testing, the products go through painting and high-temperature drying, allowing us to check again for any leakage issues. Finally, each product is visually inspected by the packing team before shipment.
Testing Equipment & Functional Verification
To ensure stable performance under real application conditions, we carry out a complete testing procedure that mainly includes cycle testing and durability testing.
Cycle testing is performed on every product as a basic inspection step. It simulates a normal closing speed of around 6 to 7 seconds, and each product is tested about 100 cycles to verify functional stability.
Durability testing is carried out on selected products on a regular basis, with testing up to 500,000 cycles to validate long-term durability in high-frequency use environments.
Quality Control Items & Inspection System
Quality management starts from the moment materials arrive at our factory. All materials must pass incoming inspection before they are approved for storage and production use.
During manufacturing, inspection checkpoints are arranged throughout the process, mainly covering main body assembly, external parts assembly, cycle testing, and packing inspection, to maintain consistent product quality at every stage.
In addition, production staff record daily process conditions, while QC personnel perform random checks to strengthen on-site control and quality traceability.
Manufacturing Process & Component Precision
We place strong emphasis on component precision and consistency. Key parts such as cams are processed with CNC machining to improve dimensional accuracy and assembly stability.
For stamping processes, we can achieve 100% flat sheared surfaces. Compared with traditional stamping, which may result in around 30% to 50% variation, this helps improve component quality, structural stability, and overall product performance.
